11 years of civil engineering and surveying of residential subdivisions and commercial developments.
3 years working for a retail, office & industrial developer. 4 years working for a multi-family residential developer.
less than one year as a licensed real estate agent.
To buy & hold my first few properties for monthly income and long term appreciation. Also used as exit strategy for Flips that don't sell.
Fix & Flip residential properties for profit.
Long term goals include small retail & office buildings. Invetment strategy to be determined based on market.
A network of people to build a solid team of lenders, contractors, wholesalers and others.
