I am an environmental engineer by trade, but a real estate entrepreneur by heart. Every since I saw my first infomercial about real estate investing, I've been hooked. I love everything real estate. (I've read a 200 page book on investing in less than 4 hours, that how hooked I am.)
I started investing in 2007. Success has be hard, but I've learned a lot along the way, and I continue to learn everyday. I read most books I get in a week or less. I've gone through an entire course in a week. I just love real estate.
Right now, I'm wholesaling properties, but I intend to acquire rental properties and apartment complexes. I also plan to do some developing in the future. (All to retire early.)
Experience
I can negotiate a good contract. People like to trust in me. Just need to close some deals.
Real Estate Goals
I plan to retire by age 35. (It'll probably be by age 30 ; ) I'd like to own properties and apartments. My ultimate goal is to become a developer.
