I currently develop e-learning courses and training for a fortune 500 company. I have been a real estate agent (Part-time) for nine years but have been inactive for 2. I am ready and motivated to get started in investing. I'm looking to get back to where i belong. Real estate, in particular investing in single family homes to buy-hold.
