Hi guys, I am an investor based out of Toronto. My primary investment strategy is rent-to-own along with long term rentals (residential). I am actively looking for joint venture partners, and anyone that serious interested in rent-to-own deals. I have been known to wholesale Rent to Own deals.
I am also a Realtor; yes I got my license to support my investing needs. During this journey I found I truly enjoy being a realtor and helping people make one the most important decisions they will make in their life time.
At this time I consider myself to be an Realt Estate Consultant / Investor in this order.
