I am a full time rental property investor with portfolio's in the luxury condo's and single family multiple dwelling units, apartment buildings. I am also a Principal of a nationwide tenant screening company in Minneapolis Minnesota. We process thousands of screening applications for potential renters for clients across the US. I'm proud to say, we receive nothing but positive feedback from our clients about our services. I started the company back in 1999. My primary residence is in Minnetonka MN and also have a second home in Scottsdale Arizona.
Experience
I began investing in real estate by purchasing duplexes and contract for deeds back in 1992. In 2001 I purchased my first 75 unit apartment building in Minneapolis. My portfolio has been growing ever since to include luxury vacation rentals in the US.
Real Estate Goals
My goals include expanding my current portfolio via multiple dwelling properties and luxury vacation properties.
