I am a real estate agent who loves to invest in real estate. I currently own 1 duplex and thre sfr in Lynchburg,VA and 3 duplexes in Buffalo,NY. I am always looking for good cash flowing areas to invest in. I also enjoy helping people buy or sell homes anywhere in Kitsap and Mason counties.
Experience
Buy land, have spec homes built, re-sale. Buy and hold properties for cash flow.
Real Estate Goals
Would like to own several cash flowing properties to use as retirement money. Would also still like to buy vacant land and put spec homes on them and re-sell for profit.
