Real Estate Investing has changed my life. I am passionate about it. I currently rehab and retail as my main exit strategy. I do wholesale on occasion when I get too busy.
Experience
Investing in real estate since 2003. Went full time in late 2006.
Fix and flip usually between 25 and 30 hours a year. Some of these are wholesales, but the majority are rehabbed and sold retail.
Real Estate Goals
Financial Freedom.
$50k/mo passive income (from owner-financing and rentals).
To continue to average 25-30 deals a year but get better quality deals with higher profit margins and/or less repairs needed. Just want to make my life easier so that I have more time for my family and friends.
