We specialize in acquiring, managing & liquidating performing & non-performing notes nationwide. We actively buy and sell delinquent residential. My goal is to bridge the gap between the institutional note seller and the retail note buyer/investor. I'm also a partner in a title co. and have been a licensed realtor in the Philadelphia, PA area for over 20 years. I've been investing, rehabbing, and managing rental properties since 1989. I also have some commercial holdings in professional office condos and mobile home parks. Today, I prefer holding paper as opposed to holding real properties.
