I have just started in Real Estate Investing, There couldn't be a better time to jump in, except that banks aren't moving on the loans.

My background working with Short Sale processing automation makes me a natural for finding the right properties at the right price. I have watched the offers, and bank counters... and some buyers have been walking. Now these properties are 3 weeks from the sale, perfect to buy, if I only had the money...
