I also, get invited to speak to clubs and organizations across the nation and have actually done that for the last 7 years or so...

Nowadays my real estate investing is pretty much through a technique I use called Sub3.. it's an off shoot of Sub2 without the risk...

And it streamlines the process so that my employees can do deals without me involved...
