I've been buying & selling real estate for the about 13 years...

I'm fortunate in the fact that I have automated my businesses to such a degree that I work less than that guy that wrote the book "the 4 hour work week"

Mostly nowadays I just kinda do what I want when I want... lately that's been creating some more info related products for those interested in Creating Wealth (a book I'm writing called Creating Wealth without a Job)

I also, get invited to speak to clubs and organizations across the nation and have actually done that for the last 7 years or so...

Nowadays my real estate investing is pretty much through a technique I use called Sub3.. it's an off shoot of Sub2 without the risk...

And it streamlines the process so that my employees can do deals without me involved...
