None at the moment, I'm currently reading loads of real estate books, and browsing BP every day learning something new.

Long term goal, 2,500 residential units when it's all said and done.

But a more immediate goal of mine is to definitively close on my first property by the year 2013 I'll be 21, I would love to close on something sooner but now my focus is mainly on building credit,capital, and most importantly knowledge.

Good advice from the seasoned investors.
