I've plunged into Real Estate Investing full time as of April 09 and as of right now I've been getting re-educated in REOs and Short Sales since these 2 approached are the lower hanging fruit and it gives me the opportunity do my part to help fix our Real Estate Meltdown and the Economy over all.
