I've been investing in real estate part time for past 4yrs...I re-directed my focus on paper instead of the hard asset. I'm now in the position to offer npn 1st & 2nds and not just junk. a lot of them (2nds) are in control of the equity. There for allowing multiple exit strategies.

Looking for investor that are interested in investing in NPN 1st & 2nds...Alot of people my frown when i bring up the subject of 2nds but...when they listen..they can actually see the huge advantages that the right 2nds have..I'm in a position now where I can offer low balance npn 1st and equity positioned 2nds at really good price points.
