I began studying real estate when I was a stay-at-home mom. I began with Robert Allan and then found David Lindahl and Robert Kiyosaki. I had the incredible opportunity of living in Arizona for a year (2.5 years ago), at which time I got my real estate license. I was in the process of being mentored when the proverbial rug was pulled out from under me and I found myself back in Canada. Now, with only one more lifetime ahead of me, knowing what I know now, I want to make the most of it for myself and my children. I know real estate will get me where I want us to be, I just need lots of help from you all. :)

Experience

Very limited. I did only 2 sales when I was licensed, but I have purchased all kinds of houses - resale, brand new through a builder, and built an acreage from the ground up with my husband. I'm currently studying Land Trusts by Randy Hughes, as I intend to start a U.S. company and run everything through it.

Real Estate Goals

I hope to find a mentor (or two, or three) who will help me in my first few multi-family purchases. My long term goal is to have at least 6 - 40+ unit properties in my portfolio. My short term goal is to learn how to use OPM to make it all happen.
