Experience

I started in 2000 & managed over 200 units and up to 100 units at one time. Over 75 court experiences with evictions and damages hearings from working a great volume of deals with new and starting investors. I have learned the steps of problem solving through many startup restraints.

I sell real estate in the Chicagoland area, and have been investing in real estate for years now.

My specialty of success begins with hearing and answering what the people in the market need and fulfilling their needs and being rewarded for it. I would like to teach you how to do this also!

Hi Joshua, I am still learning this site's options... I have managed over 26 other investor's properties and learned from a lot of others mistakes. Not seeing the style of investing I believed in I continued to seek what I could sink my teeth into, however, I have a multi-unit and have put my additional purchases on a brief hold to focus on growing my realtor business to be my area's largest producing licensee. I have been working with over 75 investors on finding and putting together deals where they can flip properties and grow their portfolios.
