My goal is to effectively create win, win situations for all of those involved in my deals! In this dog eat dog world... Honesty & integrity are huge components on my team as I refuse to settle for less!

Network with other investors to share resources and strategies. Buyers for my properties and always interested in adding to my team those who I can refer to my clients and do business with such as mortgage brokers, title companies, construction companies, Real Estate accountants and attorneys ect...

Wholesale residential properties once repaired you can either:

* buy/hold..rent and cash flow

* Rehabbers..Market to first time homeowners who can take advantage of the 8k tax credit as well as other programs.

* Can refer you to money programs if you are lacking funds. If the deal is Great, believe me there is money out there!

I sometimes have commercial properties available and always interested in Joint Venturing with other investors to get deals done!
