I am 39yr old. I am Married to My Loving Wife Amanda whom I met in Middle School( Love of my Life) and wouldn't trade her for anything God Blessed me when he put her back into my Life and our Daughter whom has turned 15 going 0n 31. I am a US Army Veteran of Iraq War . and it was like a movie when I came back to USA on the 4th of July
I currently am taking steps to get in to Real Estate investing for remainder of Life till retirement then will still piddle with it as I have observed in several profiles thru retirement yrs . I have been in the construction side and I have been in commercial demolition and restructure after new lessee obtains the buildings such as malls and grocery stores such as Aldi overnight gutted and ready for renovations my last job that I loved was Shelves and more as we would customize closets baths and more full glass enclosure showers mural size mirrors and put the plug receptacle in the mirror until I was struck by a Chevy Avalanche (SUV) so now manual labor pretty much over after having had two back surgery and being told i will need more so I decided to get into Real estate as I dreamed of growing up being 'Landlord" over MHPs & multifamily apartments and maybe a few SFR to build my own portfolio

just starting out have been reading and doing alot of research have done bird dog deals

As Far as Management of Real Estate have run uncles MHP for couple yrs and this is where i get my drive of becoming an active investor. I have also managed an apartment complex as a part time job while in the military when the right opportunity comes GOD will make away

want to own Several MHPs, some apartments for steady income until retirement income also some flips and rehabs of SFR and keep some to build a portfolio for rent to owns and some lease or rent
