I own and manage a full service property management company (Divine Property Management) in Rancho Cucamonga California. I have been in the Real Estate/Property Management field since 2004. I'm an Entrepreneur with a goal to change the way property management is done. My company is seeking investors that are looking to do honest business with the highest form of character and integrity.

Work all positions in property management company (administrative assistant, leasing manager, maintenance manager, renovations coordinator and property preservation coordinator.)
Established Divine Property Management in 2010.

Real Estate Goals

Our goals is to service multiple investors and management at least 40 properties in 2010. We want to add another 60 properties in 2011, 2012 and 2013. As we continue to build capital and cliental we hope to also invest in multi unit properties like duplexes, tri & quadplexes, and apartment complexes.

Seeking Investors (both local & out of State) that are looking for property management services. We provide full service property management services from the time the property is purchased, renovations, marketing/advertising, leasing to monthly management once it is tenanted. We personal our services that we provide for each and every investor. We only provide services with the highest form of integrity, character, honesty and drive.
