In my own words...

I have been involved in real estate investing, learning old style stuff from my parents knee. My husband and I work together as a team, I do the research and the books, he supervises the rehab work we are doing on our properties. We moved to Utah from California as re prices just started going over the peak. After living in our home in the Bay Area for over 21 years, which we purchased as a fixer to begin with, we used our profits to invest in Ogden, Utah. Right now we are working on our first rehab flip, and managing our other properties. Real estate is a full time occupation for both of us.

Real Estate Experience

Buy and hold 16 units in Ogden, UT, 10 in Evansville, Indiana. Just flipped wholesale deal to another investor. Working on rebab, that I will sell or llease/option in September 2008.

Real Estate Goals

Flip enough properties in the next 6 months to pay off current buy and holds, and then live on the rents and let someone else manage them.
