Born and raised in Lubbock, TX. Graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in business (MIS major). Moved to Houston, TX in 2003 to work as a software developer for ExxonMobil. Quit after a year to become a full-time investor. Have bought 45+ houses since then. Still hold 17 properties as rentals and collect on 7 notes. Started MyHouseDeals.com in 2005. That's where I spend most of my time now. We provide a list of wholesale deals and motivated seller leads in 15 cities. To date, we've posted over 40,000 deals to the site and have received dozens of emails and testimonials from people who have bought properties. Getting emails from happy members is my favorite thing! Softball is a lot of fun too. I play often and travel for tournaments.
