I'm new to investing but have been doing so full time for nearly a year. My partner and I sell bulk REO and MTN packages and we're setting up some commercial real estate deals.

Experience

I have performed a number of short sales in the greater Los Angeles, CA area.

My partner and I now work in bulk REO sales. We also have connections to MTNs and non-performing notes. We're always looking for new buyers and sellers; if you have any, please let me know and we'll do business!

Real Estate Goals

I am getting into flipping commercial properties. I'm always looking for commercial connections and possible joint ventures.
