Began as a house sitter when I was a youngin. Then home inspections for a year or so. Worked at Coldwell Banker while they were part of the Sears Financial network as a sales associate. Earned my Broker designation after two years in sales. While in sales took over Management duties at two different firms and worked as a R.E. Broker, Investor, Property Manager and Consultant since.
Have also purchased, fixed up and resold many houses for profit.
Ive learned a great deal in over 20 years active and most of it is how to handle peoples emotions and concerns.
My team and I have recently owned over 500 units in the last several years.
Once I have a large enough monthly flow, I will re-retire and teach others for free;)
We are looking to partner with experienced investors to take better advantage of this bottoming market, add to our portfolio and continue to bring value and a good ROI to our investors.
