I started real estate investing in March of 2010. I look for distressed properties in Oakland and Macomb Counties- Michigan. I am currently looking to add strong, cash-flowing properties to my portfolio.
I'm always looking for private investors, other real estate investors to network with, and anyone interested in joining my buyers' list!
Experience
Rehabbed a home in Las Vegas and in Phoenix. The Las Vegas property is currently cash-flowing and the Phoenix property is on the market for sale as of 9/20.

To have completed 5 deals by the end of 2010.
