I've been a Realtor and Mortgage Broker for 3 years. I currently own 4 rental houses and my primary.

My wife and I are a realtor team. We've watched the market evolve over the last year and a half as investors and real estate agents.

We would love to meet folks that are successfully flipping houses in Orange County. We are constantly finding deals and making new relationships with REO listing agents.

Real Estate Goals

Eventually transition from residential investments to commercial in order to provide stronger passive income.
