My partner and I began acquiring rental properties the first half of '07 with cash from a property we inherited and sold in CA. It's been a wild ride. We are primarily investing in AL and many of the lower end markets where properties cashflow very nicely.

My other focus on the side is wholesaling properties in AL that our company is unable to acquire at the time. I'm always interested in networking with RE investor buyers that are BUYING RE right now. There is no doubt that great deals are bountiful right now. Let's share the wealth everyone!

My goals for the next 2 years are to buy and hold up to 20 cash flow properties and wholesale the remaining deals I come across. Let's network and make it happen!
