I purchased my first property in 2009. It was a short sale duplex and I currently owner occupy it with a tenant in the other unit. I have been interested in Real Estate for as long as I can remember, but actively started seeking out knowledge on the subject about 10 years ago.

My short term goal is to wholesale a few properties to build up some capital to fund my rehab dreams. After that I hope to rehab enough to build up some capital to fund some multi-family and condo cash flow buy/holds. The goals go on and on!

Wholesaling Opportunities and single family Light-Medium rehab opportunities (ie. no full guts just yet). Typically around the 495 belt from Haverhill-Milford and anywhere in between.
