Charles Best is the founder and President of Emprise Commercial Services. ECS provides down payment assistance for commercial real estate tranasctions nationwide. Through various joint ventures with hedge funds and high net worth individuals, ECS also provides access to private funding for commercial deals without credit check, asset verification services, and commercial real estate consulting.

I have over a dozen years experience working with bank foreclosures and landlord/tenant issues. I have acitively invested in real estate full time for over 4 years. At present we limit our real estate consulting service to commercial investments and businesses where the principal asset(s) is real property.
