I'm a real estate investor from Chicago, living in California. I recently started purchasing REO's from the banks. Right now I'm focused on the Chicago market. I haven't had any problems getting the banks to accept my offers. I have had problems getting qualified buyers to purchase the properties from me once there renovated. I get these properties at the best price. I just need to get rid of them.

Experience

I started my real estate career as a loan officer in 1994 after completing the Illinois real estate exam. I decided to do loans instead of selling homes. I started managing loan offices in 1999. I went from one bank to another before I decided to run my own broker office which allowed me to have a wider range in lending. I quickly started working with investors only, on renovation projects throughtout Illinois. That turned into lot loan, to permanent construction lending. Shortly after I purchasing and managing multi-unit properties.I was only able to handle that for three years before I saw the market start to change, that's when I decided to move to California, where the larger profits were, very soon after my move the real estate banking market crashed. That's when I took an interest in Triple Net Leasing. Which leads me to todays push to purchase as many REO's as possible to invest in Net Leases.

Real Estate Goals

I plan to own a substantial amount of real estate across the globe. Both residential and commercial. In the residential market I plan to own and operate housing for assisted living programs. In the commercial market I plan to own as many properties as I can find corporate tenants to occupy.

People who work in the corporate leasing departments of major corporations that locate properties for lease.
Realtors who locate properties for corporations that lease.
Individual investors who are interested in buying up all the millions of foreclosures that are available in our market. I have access to a source that allows me to have the first bid on these types of properties.
