I've been investing for more than 7 years, and I've helped countless investors across the country (both novice and seasoned) buy turn-key nvestment properties with cash flow and equity in Indiana.

When I first started in the business, I received bad advice from a "mentor" and I found myself highly leveraged in properties with a portfolio of homes in areas that didn't make sense. Unfortunately, I learned very expensive and time consuming lessons from the school of hard knocks. That's why I started Sheals-Johnson Investment Group. I want to prevent other investors from making those same types of mistakes.

Now I focus on helping investors that I work with select properties that have both equity and cash flow in good areas so they have multiple paths to success.
