I am a real estate newbie. New in every aspect of this business but am willing and ready to learn. After years of trudging along unhappy with my occupation and degree choice i decided to make a change. At first I planned on going back to college to pursue another degree. Then I picked up a few real estate books and became absorbed in them. Since then I have been searching non-stop for ways to increase my knowledge of the real estate business.
I hope to start wholesaling and birdogging as soon as possible.
