In my own words...

I'm from the Twin Cities but I recently moved out to San Diego CA to get more serious about school and investing.

I'm majoring in accounting and I want to become a CPA. I also want to work towards a brokers license.

Ultimately I'd consider myself an entrepreneur and I plan to own my own real estate business (or businesses) in the future.

Real Estate Experience

My real estate experience consists of a number of books, a few seminars, and a handful of conversations with real estate professionals.

I became interested in real estate about a year ago after reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and talking to an enthusiastic entrepreneur about investing.

Real Estate Goals

My first, and most important goal, is to continue learning and to always be learning.

My next goal would be networking and developing relationships with experienced real estate investors and other professionals. To surround myself with like-minded people would be hugely beneficial.

As for actually investing, I plan to start out bird dogging. Work my way up to wholesaling/assignments and eventually become a buy and hold investor.

I would like to be financially free by age 25.

Currently Seeking

I'm always seeking knowledge and real estate advice, along with friendships, business partners, and future contacts.

Currently Me and my buddy Mike are seeking a mentor who would be willing to take us under his/her wing for mutual benefit. Although professional investors may have unlimited knowledge, money, and experience the one thing they don't have is unlimited time. That's what we have to offer.
