In my own words...

I'm a Naval Aviator formerly stationed in Virginia Beach, Virginia and now residing in the Boston MA area. I'm looking to begin investing in income producing rental properties to generate passive income and build net worth. I'm working towards making my first deal and intend to focus on either multi-family residential real estate or possibly middle income single-family homes with lease/purchase options.

Real Estate Experience

I've owned two houses to this point. One in Florida which I never should have sold and my current home in Virginia which I've benefited from >200K in appreciation over the past 5 years.

I've recently purchased a new home (a great foreclosure deal) and have converted my Virginia Beach property into a rental with positive cash flow.

Real Estate Goals

Buy my first "pure" REI property by the end of 2010. Establish positive cash flow and increase my net worth. In five years I'd like to be earning in excess of $50000 per year from real estate related income. In ten years I'd like to be earning in excess of $150000 per year from real estate related income.
