G9 Capital owns multifamily properties in four states. We also help other investors find similar properties. We get sight of many off-market deals and work with many banks and other financial institutions who present us with opportunities prior to them being listed.
We are always interested in seeing new multifamily opportunities and if we don't buy, one of our partners nationwide probably will.
We also continue to purchase and sell wholesale single family homes and condos in Central Florida.
Experience
Just over 5 years now.
We have rehabbed and sold multiple SFR's in the Orlando area and are wholesaling too.
It's not rocket science so pull the trigger and get it done!
We are also buying multifamily properties of any size in most states.
