Simply put, I dig real estate.

My credentials: I worked in the field professionally for most of my life, starting as a marketing assistant before becoming an agent, then moving on to be a broker and a real estate investor, along the way learning a lot about marketing, staging, selling.

Towards the end of my career, I discovered the virtues of FSBO (for sale by owner) real estate. It’s good for sellers: they save money, they keep control over the process, they don’t waste time. It’s good for buyers: they save money, they don’t have to deal with a middle man, they don’t waste time. I realized this was something I really believed in and that I wanted to tell the world about.

I’ve made mistakes, and I’ve made money. At the end of the day, I came out ahead. I’d like to help you do the same.
