I am a single parent working full-time trying to give my children the best opportunities and I know to do that I need to be able to show them what hard work and determination can get you in life. I am very motivated and willing to put in the work necessary to reach my goals of financial freedom and the feeling of fulfillment that comes with helping others.

I have been gaining knowledge over the years on different types of investing methods. I own 1 rental property in my hometown and my primary residence.

Real Estate Goals

I want to successfully become a real estate investor and ultimately get out of the rat race that has consumed my life. I want to learn and master the art of wholesaling, get into auctions, rehabs, and also build a rental portfolio to give my children some semblance of financial independence.

Currently Seeking

I would like to network and find a mentor in the Hampton Roads, VA area to teach me how to accurately and successfully gain enough knowledge to build a real estate business and become my own boss. I am willing to start at the bottom as an apprentice or some other means of giving my time to gain knowledge.
