We have been in business since 1995 buying and selling notes and mortgages, acquiring and selling non-performing and performing loans and portfolios, simultaneous closings, assignments of contracts, leasing properties w/ option to purchase, commercial lending, and blanket loans.

Continue current business diversification activities, and expand our investment opportunities to cash-flow properties as holds or flips. Our motto has always been, “everyone needs a place to lay their head.”

Currently Seeking

Non-performing and performing loans and portfolios. There is no minimum or maximum amount. The only requirement is that we MUST HAVE DIRECT CONTACT with the owner of the portfolio. We and our other investors have no interest in a long chain of brokers.
