Update: We are now filling orders for NPN (commercial/residential) and REO through FDIC (30%-50% current market value).

- Direct to banks and have nationwide/state specific property pools of all sizes available for purchase at 9-65% FAV BPO.
- Commercial/residential NPN's available for purchase (20%-50%).
- And we provide Arizona (Maricopa County) foreclosures for a potential acquisition of 1-15 homes a day, with pricing at roughly 50% of current market value.
