Investor turned developer. On a tip my partner and I headed to Panama, Latin America, to investigate what all the hype was coming out of Latin America. To our amazement, the opportunity is bigger than we could have imagined!

We took this information and developed a game plan, hired the right folks, and completely self funded the operations.

We now have an approved Urbanization project in the most amazing area in the world!

Currently, own via corporation approximately 1,000 acres in Panama.

Buy and flip experience includes purchases of Condos and single family homes in NY, Fl, SC, Md, WV, and Va. Since 1998.
