No experience right now but hopefully by the end of this year I should have this section filled up.

1. Get started on wholesaling
2. Become a real estate salesperson
3. Become a real estate broker
4. Wholesale at least 10 homes by the end of 2008
5. Go into rehabbing by 2010

I hope to become a REI full-time so I can become my own boss before I'm 30. I want to build up a well good enough savings to send my kids to good schools and college. Give me, my friends and my family a safe place that they can afford, get them out of renters list.
