I own a company called Guided Investment Ventures. I represent a private lending brokerage firm out of Atlanta. This firm has unlimited venture funds for any type of investment project as long as it is a minimum of $10 Million dollars with NO maximum loan amount.

We are able to entertain loans that range from aquisitions, mergers, real estate development, business start-up, commercial product like marinas, hotels, strip malls, all the way to manufacturing development and the list goes on.

If it makes since to all parties we will fund any project at VERY competitive terms to any commercial bank funding without all of the extra strings that are involved with banks at this level of investment. Not to mention banks are just shy to lending money in the current market.
