In my own words...

I have a bachelors in Computer Engineering. I worked as a controls/electrical engineer for a couple automation companies..designing and building massive automated equipment.

I got into flipping HUD properties to start, doing all the work myself. Then I joined a real estate team to buy/fix up properties for investors to hold as rentals. Single family up to 15 unit properties. I was the operations/project manager/construction/tech guy.
I have also been actively trading forex for almost 4 years.
