Real Estate Broker/Investor/Auctioneer for 27 years. Looking forward to networking with "like kind" individuals. Originally from Chicago, I used to work in the Chicago Financial Markets and have turned to primarily, investment Real Estate. I've done ALL aspects but having gotten lucky and sold all my holdings in 2006, I'm in Phoenix and licensed and investing in California trying to buy everything in site. I came here strictly for the great opportunity. I'd be happy to help anyone wanting to invest in this market. I represent 500 Banks and have 100 HUD listings.

Experience

I have been in Investment Real Estate for 27 years with 10 years as a seat holder on Chicago's Financial Trading Floors. I've done most every aspect of investing and am currently forming a Real Estate Investment Trust to go public in two years. Happy to help anyone with mentoring. The teacher learns from the student.
