I am a real estate investor in the Dayton OH area, along with my husband Mark. We specialize in wholesaling with an occasional rehab and a few commercial properties thrown in here and there. As far as commercial goes, we prefer self storage properties and are growing our business every day!

Background in all things fix-up. Worked in an appraisal office for a bit. Own one rental unit. Have managed as many as 28 properties at one time.
