3 years as a REO agent rehabbing properties for banks, followed by 1 year of bird-dogging for flips and rentals. I've also been managing my rental property for a year now, and have done extensive remodeling to it.
Time to move from rehabbing for other people's pockets, to rehabbing for MY pockets!
