I am a hard working individual who is very passionate when it comes to success. My goal is to become a successful real estate investor with the financial freedom and cash flow which gives me the choice of working at a traditional job or not...probably not.
I live in San Diego, CA. and have saved cash for a down payment on another property in the North Park area.
I've read and studied much on real estate investing but welcome any advice you may have for me.

I have a 1bed 1bath detatched rental, a 3 bed 1bath detached home, and a 1bed 1 bath condo in the North Park area of San Diego.
Real Estate Goals
Financial freedom...I want to provide for myself and my family without having to go to a traditional job everyday.
