I find properties for other investors so that they can focus on what they do best; rehabbing, fix and flipping, buy and hold. I've Negotiated and Flipped Short Sales since 2005. I also find REO's and flip regular listings using assignable contracts.
This is a NEW profile since I'm now in San Francisco, CA and I can't edit my old profile.
I started Real Estate Investing after I lost my own house to foreclosure. I'm currently writing a book and have started working on a blog (not online quite yet)
