I have owned a home and a condo. I also grew with my parents owning rentals. I've always wanted to own them and now if the time. I was in the insurance industry for 15 yrs and owned an insurance agency for 5 yrs so I have been in and around real estate and understand the basics.

My goal is to seel my condo and buy my first 4-plex this summer (living in one unit until I find the next). I have also sold a business and plan to use some of those proceeds to invest in another commercial property. I want to become a full time investor.

I am seeking guidence in how to navigate investing in multi-family and commercial real estate. I am excited and ready to learn.
