Profiles:

I invest in apartment complexes and commercial property in emerging markets. Currently I have investments in the Midwest and Southeastern US. I look for properties in markets that are showing economic recovery, as evidenced by job growth and business expansion. I am particularly interested in properties that have value plays that will increase property value in a short period (3-5 years), so that the property can be either sold or refinanced. I am looking for investors to partner with me on future projects.

Experience

I am an active member of the Northeast Real Estate Association and have been involved in their Out of State Investor's Group. My focus is on commercial investing, particularly apartment complexes. I have invested in smaller apartment buildings (12 units or less) all the way up to larger complexes (100 units). I am always learning more about real estate investing and have attended bootcamps and apartment investing conferences.

Real Estate Goals

Continue to purchase apartments for cash flow and equity appreciation
Develop a network of like-minded investors who are interested in partnering on deals
Focus on larger apartment deals (50 units or more)
