I am a beginner Real Estate investor in the South Florida area. I am mostly a wholesaler that creates win-win-win situations with whomever I approach or deal with.

I look to help distressed sellers find solutions to their problems by given them choices that will benefit them, even if that choice is not to sell to me, I find it rewarding to help, and find it to be beneficial in the long run for my business, as this is a peoples business.

I also look to provide my buyers a great property with enough potential and equity to give them the incentive to profit from every deal that comes from me. I work hard to package my deals in a way that removes a lot of the work from my potential buyers. By doing so, they are more incline to do more business with me.

And finally, I win by being rewarded for being a resourceful individual.

I own and operate an investment company (Bright Future Investment Group, LLC.) that serves the South Florida area, and I also co-own a painting business that serves the South Florida area (Gold Coast Painting Corp.)as well.

Experience

I started learning Real Estate for a couple of years now, but is not until recently that I have taken action to put my knowledge into motion. I have not completed any deals yet. I am building my buyers list and putting my business together. I am working to network with like minded individuals.

Real Estate Goals

In this current year, I plan to help 9 distressed sellers move forward from their property while providing these properties to investor/buyers to retail.

Within the next year I will invest in Commercial Real Estate, such as office buildings, warehouses, retail spaces, hotels, and apartment buildings.

In 5 years time, I will invest in multi-million dollar properties.

Finally, in 10 years time I will become a Real Estate developer building the most amazing Real Estates to date.
