I have been in this field for 1 year and 4 months now. My main investing market is in Atlanta, GA. Currently I own several properties. I am looking to networking with investor who are looking for great cash flow income property. My concept is buy cheap property, fix it up and put tenant in, make great cash flow. I am currently looking for commercial lender to fund my clients projects from $20M - $200M in NY and Nj.
